My goal, as a Seniors’ Real Estate Specialist, is to listen to your needs, and together, develop a plan that matches your desires.   There are many options; aging in place, downsizing, or moving to a planned community.  What is important to me is that you receive the necessary information to make an informed decision about your future.   I consult with specialist in finance, law, Senior movers, and a social worker, to insure we develop a plan that allows you to make an informed decision matching your needs and desires.

Clifford Juleson, Realtor, SRES, ABR, RECS, E-Certified

 

    Born and raised in Norwalk, CT.  I graduated from the University of Bridgeport with a degree in Business Administration.

    

     I graduated from the University of Bridgeport.  I spent 13 years in accounting and  14 years as Facility Director at the Wilton YMCA before entering Real Estate. I recently retired as an active member of the Wilton Fire Department Volunteers.  I have co-chaired  the 3007 & 2008 Alzheimer Memory Walk committees in Norwalk.  I am an active Rotarian in Wilton, CT.

 

     My multiple designations, include:  Realtor, (SRES) Seniors’ Real Estate Specialist,  designation in 2004; (ABR) Accredited Buyers Representative, (RECS) Real Estate Cyber Specialist and E-Certified.  I belong to the Honor Circle at Prudential Connecticut Realty. I am a member of  the (CAR)Connecticut Association of Realtors and (NAR) the National Association of ReaItors. I continue my education by attending  Real Estate classes and monthly Senior Council meetings throughout the area.

Valerie Juleson, MSW

     Valerie earned a (MSW) Masters of Social Work  degree,  concentration in gerontology,  from Columbia University,  NYC.

        She is employed at Loving Care, Inc., a non-medical home care service, headquartered in Trumbull, CT, serving Fairfield and New Haven counties.    Her 25 years experience in senior care management gives her a unique insight into the needs of the mature adult.  She has co-chaired the 2007 & 2008 Alzheimer Memory Walk committees.

       Her goal is to assist, as well as educate her clients,  showing them the  many options available, enabling them to make informed decisions about their future.

Honorable Judge Dianne Yamin

     Dianne earned her (JD) Doctor of Jurisprudence  degree from Mercer Law School.  She  has practiced Real Estate Law for approximately 20 years.  Dianne was elected Judge of the Probate Court for the District of Danbury 18 years ago, making her the youngest judge in Connecticut and the first woman judge in Danbury.

     Whenever Probate related issues arise, including real estate transactions, Dianne is the person to seek for a solution.   She is in the unique position of being knowledgeable of both sides of the issue.

Joyce Kuhn, BA, CSA

     Joyce earned a (BA) Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from St. Bonaventure Wniversity and is a graduate of the Connecticut School of Finance and Management. 

     She has been working with senior homeowners since 1998 as a loan officer,  at the Ridgefield Bank,  as a loan officer specializing in reverse mortgages .

     As a (CSA) Certified Senior Advisor, Joyce focuses on issues concerning seniors.  she serves on the Board of Directors for the Western Connecticut Area on Aging.  

     Joyce's  knowledge of senior issues and her dedication to working with seniors and theeir families to resolve housing concerns makers her a valued member of the team.                                    

Patricia Gable, RN

     Patricia is a partner With Changing Places, moving the people you love.  She earned he (RN) Registered Nurse degree.  She brings 25 years experience in healthcare and executive management to the field of adult moving and staging.  She is a member of the (NASMM) National Association of Senior Move Managers.

     Patty listens to your concerns and explains the difference between struggling woth your move and handing it over to them.  Patty will devise a plan, weigh the options and compare service providers.  She anticipates the loose ends before they unravel.  Patty, Paula and Carol are with you everystep of the way, including moving day.  They can also assist you with decluttering your home  and staging your home for sale.

     You save a lot of time; reduce your stress level; save a lot of money; settle into your new environment relaxed and refreshed.
